How To Have A Good Day

I am experimenting with my self talk and working to have a good day, everyday. How do I achieve my goal? As I get up in the morning, no matter how achy or depressed I feel, I say to myself:

“Today, I am going to have a good day!”

As a result, I am much more positive and am enjoying my work on a new level. Therefore, I am making this my daily mantra. Because this practice works for me, I challenge you to do the same. For more information on self talk read my post about choosing hope.
