How To Have A Positively Positive Day

Driving home from work, I flipped through radio stations, stopping on a talk radio program hosted by Jon Tesh. He caught my attention by asking “Do you want to have a happier and more productive day?” Honestly, who doesn’t?

I listened as John went on to explain the results of a recent research study done at a major university (Harvard, I think).

This study found starting your day with 3 positive thoughts will lead to a happier, more productive day.

If you try complimenting your significant other, a co worker or the gas station clerk, then you will discover others will respond to you in kind.

For example, try smiling and noticing the sunrise or listening to the birds. Also, be grateful for good weather. Actively seeking positivity leads to a healthy mood boost. It makes sense happier people are more productive.

Because of the study results, I have challenged myself to start practicing this on a daily basis. Will you do the same and send me an e-mail with your success stories? I would love to hear about your positively positive day!
